This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship TESTOSTEMEM orders, including recurring subscription shipments. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENTS
Subscriptions ship a fresh supply on each renewal, depending on your subscription terms, with free shipping. Each renewal shipment is sent automatically to the address on file until you cancel or update your subscription at testostemem.com/account. Please keep your shipping address current to avoid delays.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
- Subscription orders: Free shipping.
- One-time orders: A flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies.
- United States delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
- International delivery: 7–21 business days, varying by region and customs.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
- Lost or damaged shipments must be reported to support@testostemem.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
